On March 29 from 19:00 to 20:30, Dino Esposito will hold a closed seminar "Real-time Data Coming at Last in ASP.NET Core" at the Luxoft Training Center. It will talk about the new ASP.NET SignalR library, which simplifies working with web functions in real-time.
We decided to raffle off among the subscribers to the training center’s Facebook community two spots at the seminar. Participation will be free for them.
To take part in the drawing, you need in the comments under post by March 25 (by 11:59 p.m. Moscow time) write that you want to attend the seminar. Also, tell us why you want to attend this event (why the topic is important to you)?
There will be two winners: one will be chosen by Luxoft Training (for the best argument) and the other one will be chosen at random on March 26th.
Warning. If they win, participants must be prepared to provide the page administrators with their contact information (first name, last name, e-mail and phone number) in order to receive a written invitation to the event.
About the seminar
Dino Esposito (Italy) – author of several works on ASP.Net platform and software architecture – will talk about the new ASP.NET SignalR library. With it, a server can instantly move content to a connected client. SignalR supports web sockets and legacy browsers and includes APIs for connection management (such as connecting and disconnecting events), connection grouping, and authorization.
You can use SignalR not only for chatting, but also to make the UI more interactive with updates to selected user groups. For example, SignalR allows you to add features from social networks (such as Facebook) to applications and quickly update the UI in terms of performance and coding.
The seminar is conducted in English.
